Educational Picnic "We're Going to the Park" in Bolesławiec. The library invites children and families

On September 4, 2026, a free educational picnic for children and caregivers will take place in the renovated park at Narutowicza Street in Bolesławiec.

The Municipal Public Library – Knowledge Center in Bolesławiec invites you to an educational picnic called "We're Going to the Park." The event will take place on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the renovated park at ul. Gabriela Narutowicza in Bolesławiec.

The event is organized as part of the project "Renovation of the park in the block of Zygmunt Augusta / Bronisław Kosiby / Murarska / Gabriela Narutowicza." As the library informs, the event is primarily aimed at preschool and early school-age children and their guardians. The goal of the picnic is to encourage the youngest residents of Bolesławiec to spend time outdoors, learn about nature, and engage in physical activities.

Participation in the event is free, and the picnic is open to the public. The organizers emphasize: "This time we are stepping outside the walls of the library!" Everyone who wants to spend time outdoors and take advantage of the prepared attractions is invited to participate.

The program includes, among other things, creating a mini-retention garden, a treasure hunt, outdoor reading activities, manual workshops, and sports games and activities. The organizers reserve the right to change the program depending on weather conditions.

The event is organized by the Municipal Public Library – Knowledge Center in Bolesławiec in cooperation with MOSiR, MZGM, and PWiK "Dolina Bobru." The picnic is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021–2027.
