The Wreath from Ołobok is the best in the county. It will represent Bolesławiec at the regional harvest festival

We know the results of the County Competition for the „Most Beautiful Traditional Harvest Wreath 2026”. The committee evaluated the submitted works, paying attention to their traditional character, use of natural materials, composition, and accuracy of execution.

The best entry in this year's competition was the wreath prepared in Ołobok. It took first place and will now represent the Bolesławiec County during the Voivodeship Harvest Festival.

Second place went to Łąka, while the third position was taken by the wreath from Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.

The results of the competition are as follows:

1st place – Ołobok
2nd place – Łąka
3rd place – Tomaszów Bolesławiecki

Harvest wreaths have been one of the most important symbols of the harvest festival for years. Their preparation requires not only creativity but, above all, many hours of work and the commitment of the residents.

The winning wreath from Ołobok now faces another challenge. On September 5, it will compete for recognition during the Voivodeship Harvest Festival, representing the entire Bolesławiec County.

All participants in the competition deserve congratulations for their efforts in preparing the wreaths and maintaining the tradition that has been part of the local harvest festival for generations.
